Practical quick ordering instructions

Sign in to your existing customer account or create a new account. Add software product version to cart according to your licensing needs. Add optional installation service to cart. Place order at checkout. Make card or online bank payment if you ordered paid license or service. Invoice for bookkeeping is sent as order confirmation email's attachment. The invoice can also be downloaded from your customer account's Order History -section. 30 days money back guarantee for the license fee if you after testing the product decide to cancel your order.

Software files can be downloaded from your customer account's My Downloads -section. Install the software using instructions provided at the product page. If you ordered installation service, email installation information to Aivomatic's customer support, which then arranges for installation schedule by email.

Software license is valid without time limit as long as the Terms of service are followed. Product support, which includes free software version updates and email support, is valid for twelve months beginning from the order. At its end the twelve months product support period can be renewed for 50% discount to normal fee.

Aivomatic as the reseller to Checkout Finland or Paytrail

The fee of software license of some of our products depends on whether Aivomatic Ltd can act as the reseller of the service for which the software product is developed for. At the moment such services are Checkout Finland and Paytrail. Aivomatic being the reseller does not effect pricing, terms, information flow or anything else between you and the service provider.

Checkout Finland online payment services - Customer submits necessary information to Aivomatic during software order. Aivomatic then submits customer's information to Checkout to order the payment service and to create new merchant credentials for the customer. Finally Aivomatic delivers the new merchant credentials to the customer.

Paytrail online payment services - Customer submit's information directly to Paytrail to order the payment service and its merchant credentials. Aivomatic must be specified as the reseller while submitting information to Paytrail. Customer then orders software from Aivomatic.

If Checkout's or Paytrail's payment service has been ordered earlier without Aivomatic being registered as the reseller, it is possible to register Aivomatic as the reseller afterwords and thus be eligble to lower software license fees - please contact Aivomatic's customer support.

Duration of delivery

Software products can be downloaded immediately after order confirmation.

Checkout Finland's merchant credentials are typically delivered at the day of order or at the following weekday. Before receiving your own merchant credentials, you're able to install and test the software and service by using test merchant credentials provided as default values in the newly installed software's configuration.

Software installation service can be typically delivered at the day of order or at the following weekday.

Software updates

During valid product support period customer is automatically notified by email about new updated software versions.

To download the latest software version sign in to your account. Your account's My Downloads -tab lists the latests versions of the software products which you have purchased.
